any one know of this Class.
there is one on the River Orwell ( R.H.Y.C.) its a very pretty boat around 28 ft l.o.a
i belive this one was built in Scotland

From my Bristow's Book of Yachts 1967:
Honey Bee. Designed by A K Balfour, builders agents City Centre Boatyard 12-14 Clyde Place, Glasgow.
LOA 27'6, LWL 21', Beam 8', Draft 5'6 Displacement 6.5 tons. Sail Area 309 square feet. Ballast 3000 lbs, engine 6hp Penta MD1.
Construction is mahogany strip plank. Price (1967) £3290

Still a few of them on the west coast up here. Very pretty boats. Dont think they were built in Glasgow (Clyde Place - now Euroyachts) but probably on the Holy Loch - either Morris and Lorrimers yard or Robertsons of Sandbank.
