Hi i ve stored this the wrong way and oil has leaked - everywhere!

Any advice on how to sort without a visit to the dealer?

Clean it up.

Stand it right way up and let what will drain back to the sump do so.*

Clean out the air intake silencer

clean the carb as much as possible without dismantling. Drain the float chamber

Take the plug out cover the hole with a rag and pull it over a number of times to expel any oil in the cylinder.

Clean the plug

Top up to the minimum level

Run it .

Top up to the correct level.

Note the owners manual advises that the emergency stop clip should be removed when cranking with the plug removed or disconnected to avoid damage to the ignition circuit.

I note they do also say it must be run in water ..... 150mm above the AV plate despite being air cooled

Bit obvious I know but the reason there is oil all over the place is likely to be that you stored it the wrong way up.
On one side of the power head there are two rectangular pads. It must be stored with these down and IIRC the handle upwards.
Or stored vertically.

If you don't the oil literally runs out of the engine via the breather ports.
