Hi

Now have an outboard pod attached, so next thing is to allow the various cables to come through.

I had a thought on epoxying in plastic plumbing tubing into the holes. Has anyone done this, or have views good or bad on this approach?
Maybe a "witches hat" over the top.

What other approaches have you used for this sort of thing?

Many thanks.

I would agree that epoxying plastic plumbing pipe would be a good way to finish the holes an prevent chafe from any cable passing through.
Just roughen the outer surface of the pipe and drill holes for a good interference fit and a quick smear of epoxy should keep the pipes in place. You won't need too much epoxy, just enough to seal the inside diameter of the hole you have drilled and to hold the pipe in position.

Donald
