Yet another advantage of cats is that you can discharge between the hulls under the bridge deck, where no one can see!

How do you get to crapping under your own nest being an advantage?

So, as I read It you can discharge twelve miles out with no problem (apart from the environmental effects of motoring that far out to dump (excuse the pun) something that is bio degradable.
You can go three miles out as long as it is mashed up therefore going over a bigger area and you pour lots of harmful chemicals over it killing marine life.
Does it matter if you have floaters or sinkers? I didn’t see that mentioned?

Considering the dire straits Spain is in worrying about the bouyancy or not of stools must be quite down the list...although a EU inspectorate may instigate a full review and that can only mean more regulation.......

Considering the state of the Spanish economy they may well be looking to substantially increase the fine income so your floaters may have real value for them.

Here in Portugal the GNR are clearly out raising aditional income from fines.
