Holding tank pump-out fitting

I've got a 100 ltr holdong tank aboard but I have no deck level pump out facilty, I simply pump it out below the water line when I'm next at sea. Realising this is impractical in some countries or where a prolonged stay in a marina is planned, I have decided I need a deck fitting to allow along side pump out. Question is, whats the standard fitting, in fact is there a standard fitting? What do you find is the best solution?

I am in the process of fitting a holding tank, having decided we don't need a deck pump-out for UK Solent-based sailing. Most of the manufacturers publish leaflets, available boat shows etc. to tell you how to do everything. I used Tek tanks at http://www.tek-tanks.com/.
Beware of free advice from a certain Scotsman, he appears to have a dubious record with holding tanks.

Parts required, 1off Y valve: 1 off Deck fitting: Reinforced sanitation hose to length:
All available off the shelf at any good chandler. Deck pump out fittings are not all standard but pump out stations have adapters to fit the all.

vetus or asap supplies will be able to supply all the parts ive used them a few times before for this reason.

you should get two deck fittings one 38mm 1.5" for the pump out and one .75 " for the rinse these have to be marked 'pump out and rinse'either directly on the fitting or a small plate screwed next to each fitting. These are available in stainless or plastic and priced accordingly, ive always used the stainless.
You also need some 1.5 sanitation pipe .75" waterpipe, stainless jubalee clips and a two way diverter valve.

The diverter valve will go in the line of the existing pump out and wants to be in a a fairly accessable location then connect the in on the valve to the tank, one outlet from the valve to the mac pump and the other to the pump out deck fitting.
The rinse will feed from the rinse fitting directly in the tank so a suitable tank fitting may be required this just allows you to flush the tank when finishing the pump out.
