What do you make of the logo/photo repeated five times on Page 1? Still from 'The Perfect Storm'? Still from the remake of 'Moby Dick'? Photo from periscope of a nameless submarine?

I remember one occasion when on Fishery Protection duties and suspecting illegal fishing I approached a group of FVs they all sailed off as soon as they saw me.
One unfortunate ran over his own net and needed assistance from the others.
When we approached and offered assistance it was declined. I think they were very surprised (and relieved) that they were not boarded. We had other fish(ermen) to fry that day.
