HMCE Paperwork needed for The Netherlands

Does anyone know which form we have to complete for HMCE to let them know we have left the country and also when we return?

Are you planning to seek Dutch citizenship? There is a tax form you can fill in if you are leaving the country permanently, but it is not compulsory.

For a weekend trip in the EU no paperwork is necessary on the UK side, but the Dutch do apparently still require Shengen forms.
