He sounds like a liability.

By the way that site tried to loads no less than 12 trackers to my computer, all stopped though.

... he fired off some flares. But in doing so he set fire to his lifejacket and had to throw it overboard to extinguish the flames.

At least he was wearing one, and this highlights flares making a bad situation worse.

Yeh that's a Telstar trimaran, folds, kinda.

Flappy thing requires sailing abilities of both boat and skipper.

IMO Telstars are not the best for sailing abilities.
