history kerrara

can any one help me find any history on my boat the name is kerrara . wood boat made in 1966 builder jack powles wroxham . designer alan buchanan. a one of a kind motor yacht .made for a man who lived in the channel islands. kerrara is 44ft long with twin parsons pike diesels. top speed 9 knots.

Good Afternoon...

I went to see this boat about 2 years ago in Kent....The gentleman who was selling the boat was a really nice guy...more than i can say for the broker...

At the time it was on the hard at the marina and on offer for £25k but needed a lot more work on it before going back into the water....Is the photo of the boat actually in the water...The owner had used submarine batteries in the engine room and bullet proof glass in the stern port holes...

Sotheby's Brokerage may know the original owner's where abouts...but it is an outstanding boat..
