Hiring a skippered boat near Westminster

Hello

I want to hire a boat with a skipper on the Thames some where in central London, its essential it goes past parliament, theres likely to be no more than 12 people, we will only be needing the boat for an hour max, I was hoping to not spend crazy money £500-£600 but open to negotiation, we don't need anything super fancy, but some of the passengers are elderly and not great on there feet, so some level of comfort and ease of boarding will need to be considered.

Oh yer the afternoon of 13 September

If this isn't the correct place to post this, has anyone got any tips on where I should please?

Most charter firms work on a four hour minimum, but you might get lucky if the crew are already on pay and there is a gap on their schedule.
