The text is in Norwegian but a quick precis is:-

This is the second accident she has had in under three years. The first time was with a previous owner who said he had hit a log!! but the police were of a different opinion? Repairs cost ca 60K squids.
The current crew knew the waters but some of the navigation equipment was not mounted. There is a negligible tide (height maybe 20 cm yes centimetres).
