Hi all, new to boating, just picked up a used Regal 2000 bow rider.

Have been enjoying it so far except for the fact it seems to have been raining mostly since I picked it up!

I'm sure the summer wasn't this bad last year

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry that no one has replied yet, could be that you didn't ask a direct question. Anyway, when you do, there will be many replies, some of which will be useful!

Happy boating, and yes, this is a terrible summer. Have had very little opportunity to enjoy Rafiki this year, due to a combination of dreadful weather, and too much work. Hoping for a better August, so we can get some trips in her.

That will be me fear not they are great fun boats the bowriders, you are right about the weather though, another typical summer

It's the water skiing that I struggle with

Mind you look at this guy, 71 and skiing in a pair of speedo's on a frozen lake!
