Hi
Im very new to boating and have been considering purchasing my own boat.
Im more interested in sea boating rather than rivers etc and would like to get a boat capable of sailing from the english to french coasts.
I would also only like to use a motor boat as I have no experience of sailing.
I would really appreciate some advice on the following;
What type of boat i should be looking for (max budget £5000) examples welcome!
Any legal issues I should be aware of? permits? sea laws?!
Anything else anyone would care to suggest would be appreciated.
I know this might all sound a bit idiotic but im an intelligent guy and willing to learn!
