HF MF radio course

Hi
I have the need to take a HF MF radio course, is it easy? Do people fail? Where is the best/cheapest place to take it, I am based in south east England, easy reach of the Solent.

We took our LRC at the Lowestoft Nautical college https://www.lowestoft.ac.uk/maritime-offshore-energy but this was a few years ago, they let us join a 2 week commercial course for 3 days and tested us at the end of it.

Very compressed course so lots of homework but well worth it
