Users of iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod, HomePod) can now easily install one or more shortcuts to deliver (Siri talking) current river conditions for one or more stretches of the non-tidal Thames. Each stretch (between adjacent locks) now has a ready-made iOS Shortcut. I have also added instructions on how to download, install, modify and use the shortcuts (tap to have Siri read the current conditions for a given stretch or even ask 'Hey Siri river conditions please' - the 'please is optional!!).
For full instructions go to the River Thames Guide App support site, select 'Tools' and 'Siri' for full instructions and downloads.
For best results follow the instructions on your iOS device (iPhone, iPad or iPod) although you can read the instructions on any laptop or desktop.
As ever, feedback and/or requests welcome...
