Sugar and lemon (1), sugar and lime (1), stewed Blueberry and cream (1) (Mmmmmm!)

My wife and younger daughter both tossed pancakes; myself and elder daughter wimped out!

Golden syrup and fs lemon

2nd lot of pancakes today- did some on Sat for youngest daughter who is away from home for the week & she didn't want to miss the Shrove Tuesday treat! Daughter no 1 now doing her own for the first time. I find out how it went tomorrow!

spicy mincemeat,spread over pancake,roll up and then grate cheese of choice on top and grill until cheese melts
