Here\'s An Offer......

There seems to be quite a few folks hereabouts looking to spend serious dosh on new toys like SunSeekers and suchlike but not sure what to buy and where to get a mooring etc.
Now, from my humble standpoint I could say I have some difficulty relating to this and might even say something like " Gee, I wonder what its like to have that sort of problem?"

So here's an offer...If all of you looking to spend big bucks send me a little bankers order for, say, 10% of what you're looking to spend, it would only take ten of you to chip in and I could play with the rest of you - well, at least understand what sort of problems you have making your minds up what to buy. In return, I'll throw myself wholeheartedly into the fray to help you all find what you're looking for and even fight from my frugal viewpoint to get you the best deal which could well save you more than the 10% you send me....................how's that sound then, pretty damn fair wouldnt you say?

You've got it !!

How to make money is exactly that...make money out of others. AND it's how every broker/agent has got where they are.

One problem, at 10% you priced yourself out of market.

Did think of 100 at 1% but the people I'm aiming at would probably feel that my service wasnt exclusive enough for them. Perfectly prepared to consider 25 at 5% - would that be acceptable? Dont bother to write, just send cash...........

No no no no no........I do not want to be a broker ...terrible job having to try and sell all those cr*p boats to alll those weirdoes that come down the marina and expect us to show 'em round , complain that we give em the keys to look round and doint hold their hands, want us take 'em for trial trips cos its a cheap way of getting on the water for an hour and then have to wait six weeks before it dawns on us they were just time wasters........Nope. I do NOT want to be a broker...
This is a one time offer to really help those who could be so overprivileged they are in fact underprivileged and could do with some no nonsense down to earth dedicated help and support to solve their problem.............

Tony - £4K cash in notes to sell my boat.... No 1. son hates it and cries if we go down and number two is at 7/9ths so bugger if we (I) am going down next year. Failing that broker me a boat share or a one year letting. If I'm going to give cash to crap brokers it may as well be to someone I repect.

BTW: Spoke to Broker this PM - reason for not selling boat? It's always out when we go down to show it. Er.... no it isn't Oh CRAP sez broker.
