Henri Lloyd Jackets

I posted a while back (dont seem to be able to find the post) about a pair of Biscay jackets that I purchased from the 2008 boat show and it appeared recently that the blue dye had started to run after washing them.
I sent the jackets back to Henri Lloyd after contacting the people from whom we purchased them and was told that they would be examined and if there appeared to be a
fault they would replace them.
I am pleased to say that I have had an email saying that they will replace them along with a refund of our postage costs.
So credit where credits due, well done and thank you

(I do wonder what influence forums can have as a rep from Henri Lloyd posted on the original thread, and advised that they be returned.)

That's the way to do it - create a thread, send the company an email with a link to the thread, and let them redeem themselves...

A very good idea! however they were lucky enough to find it on their own, having said that I am sure it had no bearing on the outcome.

I asked Henri Lloyd advice on reproofing a jacket which they had made for me, didn't even get the courtesy of a reply.

thanks,too late though ,jacket probaly been worn now by some homeless Aghan or where ever clothes go from those colourful bins.
