We have two bulkhead mounted MkV Henderson pumps and the rubber bellows/gaiter that keeps the water on both are now split. I've been searching in the Caribbean and now US, but can't find anyone selling replacements; it seems the new models have a little cover/door which goes over the handle-socket. The new design looks neat'n'tidy, but it's too small to cover the existing holes, so: Are the old-style bellows still on sale in the UK? If so where? I'll order a few online and pick them up when we next come for a visit.

You mean the bulkhead mount kit

DP9906

I would send and E-Mail to whale service from the first link in post #3

Click on the accessory link on that post.

This is the kit but no service kit.

I also have one and the only problem I had was the plastic hinge pins broke which I drilled out and glued in stainless steel.

I con't tell from your post exactly what you are looking for but there's a bunch of Mk5 spares on Whale's website here : http://www.whalepumps.com/marine/product-spares.aspx?Category_ID=10000&ProductType=10358

I think the part you are after is DP9905 as shown in Rogershaw's link above. (My original is very similar with 6 holes but originally also had a cover which broke off long ago.)

By amazing coincidence I was in Force Four (Chichester) today and they had one in a box of miscellaneous bits. I thought if the price was reasonable it would smarten up my cockpit. When they looked up the price it was £40.00. Both the assistant and I had a laugh ..... BUT, should be you are interested.
