Hempel Tiger Xtra Antifouling- very good results

The boat came out today and I was really pleased to see that the hull had slime only which washed off easy with a jet. The Tiger Xtra antifouling worked very well. What results did you have this season? Any surprises?

I now always use it and the boat came out with slime only. Launched at the start of April and came out in November with having not had any scrubs in between. Based in EYH.

Have used it, Blakes, for years. Slime only. Will depend upon location, my boat in the Fal.

Very happy with Internatioanl Micron in Loctudy,only slime after 8 months.

How many coats did you use? I have to wean myself off Cruiser Uno. Always worked well for me BUT I gather discontinued.

Did 2 coats last year and it worked really well for me also on the East Coast. Now out and will be going on with another 2 coats hopefully this weekend.

This is an old post, however, I always put one coat of Tiger Xtra. This year the "recipe" has changed to comply with the new regulations, but I managed to find two tins from last years batch. It will be interesting to hear how the new Hempel Tiger Xtra performs.
