I do use TK Line clear antifoul in a spray can on my prop, can says it last for 3months... I reckon that’s about right.... so I then resort to scrappers come June time, and then every couple of months to keep prop clean & efficient thereafter... but is easy when you don’t have to get immersed to do it!

and quite a number of lifeboats. It’s a shame boatbuilders don’t go to the expense to build them into more boat hulls of today, especially of seaworthy handbuilt boats like Seaward & Dale for example..But all down to cost. It’s not quite like a weed hatch on a canal boat, but very much a similar format. The 25kg block of grp that fills the void is the main difference.I thought they only had those on canal boats
