help yahoo, is yahoo working?

Hi got increasing problems for the last three days, yahoo.mail is mostly hanging during log in, it does not give me page not found, it just hangs before it asks me my login name.

Yahoo it self does not display anygraphics anymore, but anything else, like this site here is working normal.

It is rather important for me to get in, if anybody is using a working yahoo, I would appreciate some info. Thank you.

yesterday, it was working for an hour, and it moved a great speed, so maybe they are working on it, and we in africa have to stand in line like always.

Thanks, if I would just know if the damned machine is getting sick, but everything else is fine.

If other sites are loading fine, it could be a security issue within your computer, possibly something like Norton Antivirus taking it's time scanning incoming data?
Brendan is the resident SA on computers and could probably offer more info.

Have you done a defrag and ad-sweep recently?

Y! are rolling out a new service at the moment. I believe you can sign up to be a beta tester from the main site, some sort of social thing. May be causing some problems.

I think it will be found at www.yahoo3000.com/ but it seems to be a blank page at the moment.
