Help with raymarine e120 chart maps, please

I need a new chart area for my raymarine e120 which I guess is 15 years old ?? I went on their website but it just seems to have info on charts for their latest models. Can anyone tell me what I should get and where to get it from?

What is the difference between C-MAP and Navionics? Or is it irrelevant because I can't use one or both?
