Help - What is my boat???

Can anyone out there tell me what make of boat is shown above and approximate year of manufacture. It was sold to me as a Shetland but Shetland Boats say it's not one of theirs! Any help will be gratefully received. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

IT looks Like an Ace Cruiser. Originally built in Hoddesdon Herts. My father had one many many moons ago. It had a 60hp Johnson and went pretty well.
