Help -T27

I am just in the process of buying a Guy Thompson T27, and trying to find any information on this craft. eg. how she sails, pros + cons etc. I have been unable to find any info on her. Please help.

I am that man!! The boat was a bit rough when I got it and rebuilt it all myself including two engine changes. I have a copy of a test from Yachting monthly circa 1970 and I know a lot about the good points and bad points.

My old boat is still belongs to a fellow club member.

I sailed a T24 which is the same boat but with less space down below for 15 years.

I can say she was a first class sea boat and always felt safe.

Bulit near burham in Essex there are still a number of them in use in that area.
