Can anyone here come up with the profile for the inside of the rubbing strake of a Snapdragon 747?

I brought a sample home from France for a local bespoke furniture maker (who's a mate) to run off through his machinery, so's I can just go back to France (very soon now) and fit it.

He's misplaced the sample, it's no longer in his workshop.

I can't get another sample until I'm next in France and then won't be able to fit the strakes until May - when I'd rather be sailing the boat.

Anyone? Please?

Just spotted your post. I have a small piece of the rubbing strake I had replaced on my 747 last summer. Its only a couple of inches but you are welcome to it if it helps.

Hi Seacomm,
After some chat with the Snapdragon Association tech officer it transpires that many/most of them had a flat inner profile as the hull/deck joint was flush.
Mine has a stepped joint so there is a cut-out on the inner of the strake.
Which is yours?
If yours has the cut-out I'd be very much obliged to see it!
Regards

Yes it is the stepped version. If you would like it PM me an address and I will stick it in a Jiffy bag and send it to you.
