Help required identifying fixing

Hi all- recently bought an orney fastliner. Unfortunately I have managed to break the fixing that holds the bungee cord to the hatch in the cuddy. The bungee cord is used to hold the hatch closed.
Can anyone help me identify the fixing and what they are called or advise what system they use

Hi i have a Orkney strikeliner which has the same fwd hatch with the same fixing. The hook is the same type as used to hold the cockpit cover, an ebay item.

The hook is called a LACING hook.
