I sent the "Notification of Change" document to Boatmark Ltd, to change the address where my brother-in-law's boat is registred. My brother-in-law lives in Italy and he doesn't speak English.
Over 3 weeks have elspsed, but I have not heard anything from Boatmark. My cheque also hasn't been cashed, so the document could have gone lost in the post.
Does anyone know where Boathmark Ltd are based? Do they have a phone number?
