Help needed.

Is anyone interested in (or can recommend someone) helping with some maintenance on my Plymouth Hooker (paid, of course). Trying to hold down a full time job and having smart looking bulwarks is proving to be a little difficult. Most people hire a gardener so why hasn't someone developed a market for boat handy-men? Would be needed for about half a day, once a week, in Southampton. Some experience of wooden boats would be nice....Would be ideal for someone who loves old classics but has given up having one of their own (probably for the exact reason I'm posting!). Sailing is obviously included.

If thats the going rate for gardeners in your neck of the woods I'm living in the wrong county or have got to pluck up courage to increase my hourly rate!!!
