help needed with some german boat documents

My schoolboy German has long gone and I am now thinking of buying a boat from a British seller who in turn imported the boat from from Germany some years ago. I have been given some German documents but as far as my German language is concerned I could be looking at almost anything. So I am hoping that I can find someone not to check the documents so much as to tell me what they are. If you could help I would be forever grateful.

Actually that's something AI is really good at, recognising, translating, explaining etc commonly used official documents regardless of language. I have occasion to use it regularly for Turkish language documents, deeds, indentures etc, and I find it good. Many official docs here are still in very archaic form.
