Thanks. But it was the linkage bar on the pump. Loose not engaging all the valves. Removed pump. Realigned and tightened screws. Refitted pump. Perfect now.

Good to see you fixed it, my post about it being the connection was corect, however, be aware, the pump elements need to be adjusted in relation to eachother so that each pump delivers the exact same amount, other wise the engine will have different cylinders burning different amounts of fuel at the same time.
