HELP! Kirloskar Diesel

I have a Kirloskar, RET - 4 diesel engine in a boat I have recently purchased. The spares list manual states that it is made in India. It has been marinised by Jachtmotern Rotterdam B.V. (Netherlands). It seems to be working ok but try as I might I can not find any information about it, or where to get spares for it in the UK or by post from Europe. I can not find JMR at the address I have for them in Holland on the internet, perhaps they have moved or gone bust. If the engine was fitted at the time of build it would go back to 1988.

Anyone got any ideas for spares. Perhaps the engine was made under licence and in fact is the same as a more famous make?

Many thanks, You are correct, out of all the links for the European countries there is only one for Germany, and it appears that they deal only with pumps and valves.

HOWEVER:

I have just emaild them and it has been returned as an invalid address as was the Indian email address!!!. Now thats not good for business is it.

What sort of boat is it?

She is a Skutsje Dutch Sailing Barge made in Amsterdam but I am having difficulty tracking down the makers at the moment.
