Don´t think it is a Cox, my father designed it and I helped with the plug. Keels were asymetric twin bilge (on Cox´s insistents) or fin &bulb (father´s preference) Rudder had a bit of a skeg like the one shown but nothing forward of that (unless the bit is in fact a swing keel) Bit more info would help.
Afew french yachts have looks like that.

If it were in Australia it would be either a Hood 23 or a Tankard about 24ft. Both with the characteristic flush deck which I quite like. Either or both may have been British designs. Both had fairly long shallow fin keels. The Hood had a flat cabin top where the top of the hatch slid forward. Many of the Tankard had a added on raised cabin top a bit like yours only bigger with no sliding top.
Both boats were fairly heavy and relatively slow but nice for cruising.
Good luck with the boat project olewill
Thanks for your reply. I did not post any further info because it took nearly an hour to work out how to post the photo - and then I could not work out how to add more info (I'm a bit of a novice at forums)
Still, she is 24ft long, fin keel (albeit ballast still to be added) made fromglass fibre. I purchased the hull and deck a year ago from a person in Swansea. I was told it was a Bowman Elan or an Elan Bowman but I've drawn blanks on both of these.
