Have sent a PM but that boat is in Phantom 40 money, and as good as the A40 a Phantom it is not value wise.

For comparison, here is a 2005 (so two years newer) P40 asking £135k - a much better bet at this price bracket. https://www.theyachtmarket.com/boats_for_sale/1432393/?searchid=14951382&page=1

The Cranchi is a £100k boat max - better is you can get it for £95k. Then its a good prospect

Because just in case you have some restrictions, beware: funny expression aside, it's actually a wrong number.
Her max beam was 3.87m according to the builder specs, i.e. about 12'8".
