Help finding snap fastener tool

Hi, can anyone help me to locate a tool to fit snap fasteners to my replacement covers.
I have tried the usual, e-bay, amazon route. It seems the tool I am looking for is called a Pres-n-snap tool but these only seem to be availible in the USA.

I do have a hand die set but the thought of tapping away at the punch whilst resting on the boat (even with padding) fills me with fear.

Any guidance would be welcome
