Help. 24V alternator wires

I have a 24v alternator with a CAV regulator attached to the back of it
Well it WAS attached, but has fallen off!
wires have all become disconected and ive not a clue what wire goes where
(Am a bit stuck in Brighton marina)

If the terminals are identified as below

Black wire is the negative connection D- on the regulator to D- ?? or the negative terminal on the alt

red or brown wire is D+ on the regulator to 61 on the alternator


green or white wire DF to F or DF

Colours may not tally though... even terminal identifications may not tally. If so sorry cannot help
