HELP! 24 volt electrical systems

For my sins I seem to have been lumbered with re-wiring from scratch the sailing club work boat in 24 volt ('cos that's the way the batteries and the starter are set up) I want to put in some solar panels as well to compensate for the stop/start and low useage of the boat. I've looked in the books shop section and wonedered if anyone would be able to advise which would be the MOST suitable book for me in their opinion. Many thanks in advance for your assistance
