Helly Welly boots

I'm looking for a pair of good boots with a breathable membrane - so Musto HPX, Dubarry etc but I've also seen reference to the Helly Hansen Helly Welly with some good comments. Only problem is I can't seem to find anyone that holds any stock of these, despite a Google search (often listed until you check the availability and then come up as "out of stock").

1. Has anyone here got a pair of Helly Welly boots and if so what do you think of them?
2. Anybody know of a stockist with some (size 10)?
