Have a look at his profile! He's retired! Obviously the incarceration has reformed him! Turned into a manic monk!

Iffy! iffy!!???

Squiffy maybe!

Anyway, get down to Feedback forum and volunteer to test new forum software. I've asked Kim if we can break it by testing for things that might cause ybw problems like white writing, pinging threads to top of forum (not that anyone round here would do such a reprehensible thing /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif) and any other interesting new foibles new software might have! <g>

Their not a bad bunch on here, their advice is normally good, [well most of it] and you can guarantee that you will have at least 4 versions of it. and not all will agree.
welcome again and keep posting /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

Guess what....

......that sounds exactly how men perceive women....particularly the 4 versions (only 4?) and never agreeing.../forums/images/icons/laugh.gif

Hi, first 2 weeks of my boats life: had it built couple of years ago, launched on the thames, out again within 30 minutes, leak in hull welded dock side, back in again. driving from the crane engine makes huge noise, craned out again.

had a very nice time, weather lovely, washing machine on, splosh, splosh, from the generator all nice an even. then we moor up, some electrical problems, wheelhouse floor boards lifted. christ, its full of water, so much, so its all round the engine, gallons and gallons. do we abandon or bail. decided to bail. whole evening spent bailing & bailing. We later learnt that every splosh was causing the boat to take water via the water intake !

Set off down the Thames more & more water being let down, without any warning, can't make a marina enterance, time to turn round.

Penton Hook marina enterence now a raging torrent, with boats moored very irresponsibly on their own moorings in danger of being hit, as the wall of water, i.e. the weir was horrendos. white water rafting came to mind. with white knuckles we moored up, every inch of string used to tie us to the pontoon cleats, nothing said, but we both did the same. that boat was going no where without the dam pontoon following us to the bottom. /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif

craned out again, & back to the boat builders for repairs, and back to dry land.

Christ. This is bad enought to even rival Mucky Farters exploits. Could have some serious compitition here../forums/images/icons/laugh.gif. Mind MF would never disgrace herself by carying a washing machine around in the first place!! She makes quite enough turbulance. All on her own..../forums/images/icons/laugh.gif.../forums/images/icons/smile.gif Washing machine, grumble, kick bucket. Cant see me ever going on a boat with a washing machine. Might as well buy a bloody house../forums/images/icons/laugh.gif

Axsurally my shpelling has much improved of late. Yes, folks do need reminding of the importance of correct pronuciation and spelling on here. We must not lower the tone. /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

Lower the tone. Further. Is that possible? I though we were already down at 'F' in the lower octave
