can you provide me with a idea of roughly how much your charges are for, say, a 50ft wooden hull boat.
engine survey is seperate we understand that.

If you go to the YBDSA website and phone round a few there you may get and answer.

Here you'll be deafened by the silence.

Incidentally most surveyors are very busy with insurers as impoverished owners try to recoup the investment on their boat - so even than you may get no answers.

As a member of BMSE(British Marine Surveyors Europe) I'd be surprised and disappointed if our members (all insured/qualified), failed to reply- just google our website. I'd love to do it but I'm currently in Portugal until September! Expect to pay around £10/ft for an insurance survey, more for pre-purchase, although fees are always negotiable depending on location, special requests etc. and the current state of the world....
