Helford River - anchoring

I spent Sunday up the Helford River

I wanted to drop the hook but was really confused by the signage

does anyone have any local knowledge about where I can anchor without being told to move along there by a man in a skiff

In the past I have anchored off Durgan. My oldish chart says there are buoys marking eelgrass beds that have to be avoided. I don't know the extent of them now.

Probably getting smaller since fewer people are anchoring and pulling up the kelp which is now covering the eelgrass.
It's a voluntary no anchoring zone in any event.
