heater plugs

depends entirely on their rated wattage.
Could be anywhere from 8 to 15 amps per plug after they have settled down i'd say (once thermal regulation has been established).
Again, entirely depends on manufacturer and wattage rating.
(the initial current draw will be higher - even up to 2 times).
who makes the nanni plugs?

how many amps will 3 heater plugs pull for 10 secs on a nanni 3 cly 20 hp engine

The 10 seconds are irrelevant to how many amps they'll pull, but presumably you're asking how many amp/hours they'll draw from the starter battery. Very, very little is the answer.

The plugs on mine (Beta 28, Kubota-based so prob not v different from your Nanni) draw about 20amps (just checked), so for 10 seconds that's 20 x 1/6 x 1/60 or around 0.06 amp/hour.

Mind you, 10 seconds seems a longish time to have the plugs glowing.
