It might be that all the previous foam backing & glue wasnt removed & subsequently failing causing the droop ( just a thought)
with the spray glue, i would suggest that spray contact, is spray contact. what its labelled as, is irrelevant.

Oh no its notThis had something to do with why asked Michael when he had the work done. From my own experience, last summer I used spray contact adhesive bought
in the UK when replacing a deckhead lining and it was useless in the heat out here.
Really sorry to hear about your problems. I know this doesn't help you directly but when we finished off the deckhead of our boat in 1998, I didn't want vinyl headlining so I used a water resistant laminate. Has stood the test of time and still as good as new after nearly 16 + years. Hope you get some resolution soon.
