Hi I have two of these fitted, one broke so spent months trying to repair it only to find that it was impossible. Then looked to buy a new M5 pump. OMG they are 2k a piece, its just a pump... did a lot of research and eventually found a diffenet make, model near similar spec (slightly better!) and at 1/3rd yes one third the price, (sub £500) just as the 2nd pump failed .. new pump now fitted and been working full time for 3 months with no issues. ....10 toilets!!

british design too. Cant recommend enough. so What is it!?

why on earth are Headhunter charging so much for for a pump that does exactly the same and is guaranteed exactly the same!?
