Haydn's Bored

Sorry to hear your not well and I hope all goes well Haydn :)

Dont get tempted to pay for the TV, its only re runs or Loose women at this time of day (or so I am told):o

You would be better watching your own re runs, have you got a copy of " Mucky goes to war " :D

What bloody spirits, cant find any fun boxes here./QUOTE]

Ah, you will have to get Debs to act crafty.

She can bring you in a nice arrangement of flowers in a vase - just get her to replace the water with gin or vodka. Simple:)

You want poetry - well here it is

Poor old Hayden lies in bed
With Mucky thoughts running through his head

His new bride will soon pop in
Lets just hope she brings the gin

A couple of tots and he'll be frisky
With Matron about that could be risky:o

Nicely tucked in, must not grumble
But what would he give for a nice little fumble:eek:

When SWMBO'd was in (having Toerag 1 and later Toerag 2) we were told no flowers were allowed.......

Mucky sits there down the road,
Oh God, don't let the bog explode,

Again. And whilst the surgeon thinks,
In two hours time, I'm on the links,

The op is over. All is well,
The punters can all go to hell,

This one's fine, in a little while,
He'll think about this and he'll smile,

Sitting on his P-Thirty Five,
We'll all be glad he's still alive.

It's actually not to bad in here, they certainly do there best. Gone are the days of no mobile phones or lap tops. In fact I've been in far worse hotels.

Mind I think my feelings may change after Wednesday after the 8 hour Op.

Good Luck tomorrow, hope all goes well for you.

John.

PS Hope you wake up tomorrow in a better b****y mood than you've shown on here lately!!

Op went to plan, Debs was hoping to go and see him today. So far as we know he's as well as can be expected.

I have just spoken to Debs and it appears Hadyn is a litle better than 'as well as can be expected'!
He is back in a Ward and has been granted spectacles.
Lap top was not granted although requested:rolleyes:

On the grounds that the spectacle of of H wired up to various devices and being left to his own devices, might interfere with the devices attached thereof.

There of course may lay another tale:)

Anyway
Early days--- but,
So far so good or may I say a bit better than that.

Further Bulletins or News as We get them.
In the usual clear and defined way.

Unless H does get a lappy on board.
Then it will be back to the Usual I suppose;);)

Thanks, Rich & Debs,

I can see tha risk of letting him loose with a laptop & its appurtenances when he himself is wired for just about everything.

I can see the drip connected to the USB, his power supply to the heart rate monitor, gas in the water pipes & so on . . .

Give him all our best wishes.

I'll give him all your best wishes tomorrow, he has after an 8 hour operation (what did they find to do during all that time) looks good, pink, and not that bad. Can't stop him talking, a good result.
