Havengore Bridge operation during Storm Lilian
This is to advise you that whilst Havengore Bridge will be operational as usual (in accordance with MOD byelaws), over the coming days bridge operation may be affected by the adverse conditions resulting from Storm Lilian. The bridge has a built in safety measure that prevents it from being operated when the strength of the wind exceeds the limiter. This could result in it not being lifted on demand during the period of the storm.
We advise you to check with the Bridgekeeper on the day (2 hours either side of daylight high tide) on 01702 383436 or VHF Channel 72.
