Is anyone having trouble contacting Haven Knox Johnson boat insurers. I’ve tried all 3 numbers and none of them work.

Hi, it was just to inform them of an address change, we were transferred over from MS Amlin when they ceased to trade. I’ve sent an email to see if I get a response. Beginning to wonder if they’ve gone out of business

Thanks for the reply, tried the claims number and there’s nothing at all from a mobile. I was reluctant to use their emergency out of hours number because I just wanted to inform them of an address change. I‘ll try Aston Lark the holding Co. on Monday and see what they say. Cheers Gary

No - just re-organising teething issues I suspect.
I spoke to them on Thursday and was looking at the Quote they sent me yesterday when I saw your post. Suspect office closed on Saturdays.

If you ring the claims number it usually goes through to the duty surveyor to help you sort out your boat! They won't be very interested in your address change. I have e-mailed HKJ to alert them to the phone problem.

Just discovered there’s a major fault with their telephone system so I guess I’m still insured, phew.

Not odd at all. HKJ was acquired by MS-AMLIN and then traded as MS-AMLIN. MS-AMLIN has recently sold their yacht insurance business to Aston Lark who decided to restore the old name and trade as HKJ again.

HKJ is just a trading name and does not need to be registered with Companies House. From the HKJ website:
