I am a bit slower than you Bigplumbs but still enjoyable. This was Monday just gone. The Thames was a nice place to be.

They are right good jackets. I got the trousers as well but don’t tend to wear those. Cost for the jacket is about £120- 140. and as I said the sizes seem to be as they say cut bigI need one of those!!! (not your wife...)
BP how do you find the Air 2, I'm thinking of changing my Mini to an Air 2 mainly for the follow me mode, for the boat, but I'd be interested on your thoughtsFar too big. There is absolutely no need to get your drone near the water. The weight of that drone will run you into all sorts of issues with the Drone Laws. You need to be under 250g in weight. DJI Mini 2 Flymore is the way to go. Most of the videos I post on here are filmed with that Drone or My Air 2 but that is over 250g
I have not been on the non tidal either. I am sure there are plenty of slips but the only one I looked into was at Abingdon marina. When I enquired it was free to use and had parking for the car and trailer.Slow is good as well. I have never been on the non tidal Thames but am determined to do it this year in our sib or small rib. Have you a recommendation for a slipway with parking

Yup, out last weekend to the Nab Tower area and caught a load of decent whiting, along with some Solent Tope (Dogfish).
