Have I gone mad again?

So what'dyer reckon them Tom? Clearly she's a thing of beauty and to be admired but swmbo and I would much rather enjoy your company out in the Swale than be at home reading your refit progress reports.

When my numbers come up and I've rebuilt this with a nice 8L3B for me to polish and look at I will need someone to sit upstairs and steer around the brown bits; any volunteers? :D

I agree

But I am finding it hard to find a boat suitable for my needs?

At least 40 foot
No aft cabin
DIesel
Genarator
Lots of ares for living.
Easy to single hand

Maybe I choose this one to scare SWMBO so anything 40-50 she would yes to?

Tom

Crikey Tom, even Fred's changed boats, he still uses the force (of the tidal flow) to get anywhere though.
It's only me with the same vessel!

You're right of course, although no sofas lately! :)
It's not by choice, but needs must. I'll certainly miss the wonderful view and the peaceful days.

You will miss being on board, I only did 6 month on board mine and I miss it so much...

You will never last in a house? no rocking for a start, sofas will not float by?

Tom

And as that geezer in some film about water when he had to leave a tasty bird to go back to sea, his excuse....."the land don't move right"
