hauling the anchor up with a windlass, doing this in a better way ?

was watching a vid of a square nosed mobo going into reverse to first clean the chain and anchor and then just popping the anchor shaft over the bow roller

by going into reverse the anchor orientated itself perfectly to slip onto the rollers

tried it 2x today, yep, no problem, possibly just lucky ?
